When there is a "Failed Attempt" tracking milestone, it means that your shipment was loaded into one of our delivery vehicles, but we were unable to deliver it to the final destination. This could be for several reasons, including:
- Issues with the delivery address
- No access to the delivery location
- No safe location to leave the shipment
- Business closed if the shipment is going to a commercial address.
Please check the delivery address that was used on your retailer's website when you first placed the order. If there are corrections or additional delivery instructions, please submit a request at the link above and your package should be re-delivered within 1-2 business days.
